We take pride in providing high quality freshwater fish, with our team members checking for freshness and quality throughout the entire process, from the lakes to our docks to your door.
We are also FSSC 22000 and Safe Quality Food (SQF) Level 2 Certified, meaning we adhere to exceptional quality control and food safety standards, verified by a third-party audit.
Return Policy:
- Fresh fish is a perishable product and quality issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- All fresh fish must be returned/available for pick up within 48 hours of delivery with a valid authorization provided by customer service.
- Quality concerns with frozen fish must be reported within 15 days of receiving the product.
- Product received with damaged or defective packaging must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- If you received the wrong item or incorrect quantity, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt.
- Please report if there are missing or incorrect labels within 24 hours of receiving. Replacement labels will be provided on the same day.
- Temperature abuse for both fresh and frozen product must be reported within 24 hours with photos of temperature checks at receiving.
- Perishable items must be kept refrigerated below 38°F, and frozen items must be held at 0-10°F to maintain proper food safety.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging with original labels, free of written markings or additional stickers.
- Items returned in unsellable condition may not qualify for credit, which will be determined after inspection.
Return Authorization:
- Pictures documenting the quality concern must accompany the report and should include the following:
- Product label, Product (showing the quality concern), Packaging, Temp tale (as applicable).
- A copy of the dated inspection report noting the order number, items/product and quantity.
