SALES COORDINATOR | WHEATLEY | FULL-TIME EMPLOYMENT
Reporting to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing, the Sales Coordinator will be responsible to support the Sales team to achieve their sales target by coordinating sales orders, providing information to customers, monitor inventory; create presentations and sales reports.
Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Participate in the development and implementation of quarterly and/or annual sales plans, policies, and programs.
- Support the Sales team in efficiently providing and documenting all commercial pricing, contracts, customers’ and competitors’ information.
- Monitor and organize inventory while effectively tracking new products.
- Assist the Sales team to create and maintain customer presentations, sales budgets and reports.
- Develop and maintain sales operations dashboards and operational KPIs.
- Answer customers’ questions about products, prices, availability, and product uses.
- Participate in division activities (e.g., sales meetings, food shows, promotion programs) in order to promote sales increase product knowledge, and maintain good customer relations.
- Establish active communication and engage with the Sales to ensure prompt entering and processing of orders.
- Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and handling orders by phone.
- Support the Sales team by informing customers about delivery dates and possible delays.
- Provide administrative support to the Sales team.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, Communications, Management, or another related field preferred.
- Strong sense of urgency and excellent customer service skills are key factors in the success of this role.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and administrative skills
- Resourceful; ability to work effectively with others as well as independently and multitask in a team environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft suite products with strong working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills; excellent written and verbal skills
- Self-starter with ability to lead projects and bring along key partners
- Deadline driven and ability to adapt to changing requirements.
- Detail oriented, organized and able to multi-task while effectively fulfilling objectives.
- Travel required.

BRAND AMBASSADOR | HYBRID WORK | FULL-TIME EMPLOYMENT
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Brand Ambassador with a strong culinary background to join our team. This client-facing role will serve as a trusted seafood expert, working closely with foodservice customers to educate, demonstrate, and inspire the use of our seafood products in restaurant menus and kitchen operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys combining culinary expertise with sales support and customer interaction.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert on seafood products, including species characteristics, quality standards, sourcing, and usage in commercial kitchens.
- Partner with the sales team to support customer engagements, including meetings, demos, and product presentations.
- Conduct product tastings, back-of-house training, and usage demonstrations with chefs, kitchen staff, and purchasing teams.
- Collaborate with culinary teams to develop or suggest menu applications featuring our seafood offerings.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences, product performance, and opportunities for innovation or new offerings.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and customer visits to promote and represent the company’s seafood portfolio.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on industry trends, seafood sustainability, and best culinary practices.
- Willingness to travel across both the US (Mid-west region) and Canada as needed.
Qualifications:
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional kitchen experience considered an asset.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a culinary, chef, or foodservice product support role.
- Strong understanding of freshwater fish and/or seafood species, handling practices, preparation techniques, and foodservice applications.
- Personable, confident communicator with the ability to engage and educate chefs, buyers, and restaurant owners.
- Ability to travel regionally and internationally across US (Mid-west region) and Canada to support customer visits and events.
- A passion for food, especially seafood, and a genuine interest in helping customers succeed.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience working with a food distributor, supplier, or seafood company.
- Knowledge of sustainability certifications and seafood traceability.
- Bilingual skills are a plus (e.g., French, Spanish).
Work Environment & Travel Requirements
This is a remote-based position with frequent travel required across Canada and the United States (Mid-west region) to attend customer visits, industry trade shows, and events. The role will also require regular on-site presence at our corporate office in Wheatley, ON. Occasional weekend travel and event participation may be necessary based on business needs. When working remotely, the Brand Ambassador is encouraged to join the virtual sales room to stay connected with the team, contribute to discussions, and collaborate on strategic initiatives.

INVENTORY CONTROL SPECIALIST | WHEATLEY | FULL-TIME EMPLOYMENT
Reporting to the Production Coordinator, the Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for managing inventory movements across Presteve’s facilities, and providing timely and collaborative communication with different stakeholders to ensure we meet customers demands aligned with our strategic business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring all inventory related transactions are posted and reported according to Presteve’s guidelines and time allotted.
- Ensure materials are ready and available for production when required.
- Assist in scheduling, conducting and overseeing regular inventory count activities and random audits.
- Reconcile and post DCR’s (Daily Catch Reports).
- Reconcile and post PO’s.
- Make rounds to all work areas/departments to reconcile outputs vs consumptions in production through NAV.
- Validate output labels.
- Trouble shoot issues with labels.
- Investigate and determine the causes of inventory discrepancies of day-to-day inventory transactions.
- Complete daily cycle counts and assist with inventory investigations/reconciliations.
- Complete cold storage and intercompany inventory transfers.
- Collaborate with the Inventory Manager to tackle key issues.
- Coordinate and lead scanning related activities, training and improvement related feedback.
- Assist in month end counts.
- Supervise numerous daily physical inventory counts and reconcile to NAV.
- Provide feedback to scanner operators.
- Conduct daily scanner meetings to identify key issues.
- Perform some data entry activities.
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- A willingness to develop, learn and be trained in other areas.
- Vacation and Days off backfill to Inventory Manager.
- Other duties as required.
Technical skills and qualifications:
- 2-3 years’ experience in similar role or with experience in Project Management or Production Management.
- Experience with NAV software is an asset.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization and with external stakeholders.
- Time management skills.
- Working experience in the food industry preferred.
- Strong computer skills in a Windows environment. Familiar with the use Excel (pivot tables) and Power Point.
- Ability to analyze data and information, evaluate options, and make informed decisions that align with the company’s values and goals.
- Able to work independently and in a group setting as required.
Work Conditions
- Travel between facilities may be required.
- Ability to attend and conduct presentations.
- Occasionally exposed to a cold and wet environment.
- Must be able to bend, lift and twist.
